What is the Palworld Admin Tool?

A modern admin tool for Palworld dedicated servers, built with .NET 8 and Blazor (MudBlazor dark theme). It connects to your server via RCON and the Palworld REST API, with optional PalDefender integration for extended commands. The desktop app starts an embedded web host and opens the UI in its own app window – no browser needed. Optionally the UI can be shared on LAN or hosted as a standalone web app.

Player Management Player list with detail drawer: kick, ban, IP-ban, messages, give-item plus inventory and pal inspection.

RCON Console Full console with autocomplete for all server commands, command reference and history.

Moderation Ban list, IP bans and whitelist management directly from the UI.

World Management Save, shutdown with countdown, settime and live settings via /setting.

PalDefender Give item/pal/egg, spawn with coordinates, techs and exports via the PalDefender REST API.

Game Data Database Over 4,200 entries (items, pals, technologies, NPCs) with internal asset IDs – searchable and editable, updatable via upstream sync.

Bases & Guilds findbases scan, getnearestbase and guild management via the PalDefender API.

Automation Auto-save, scheduled broadcasts and restart sequences (announcements → save → shutdown).

Discord Bot Self-updating status embed, chat commands and slash commands (/pal status|players|announce|save|rcon) with permission management.

Chat Bridge In-game chat → Discord and Discord → in-game. Account linking between Discord and game character.

Audit Log All admin actions are logged in a SQLite database.

Requirements on the Game Server

The tool connects via Palworld's own RCON and REST API interface. These must be enabled in PalWorldSettings.ini. PalDefender is optional but unlocks additional features.

Optional: PalDefender extends the tool with give item/pal/egg, spawning with coordinates, inventory inspection and more via its own REST API.

Security Notes

Never expose REST APIs unprotected to the internet – put a VPN (Tailscale/WireGuard) or TLS reverse proxy in front.

Secrets are only passed via environment variables – never commit them to config files.

All data (SQLite, logs) is created locally and stays on your system.

Status

The Palworld Admin Tool is under active development. Downloads and further info will follow once the first public version is released.
